		<description>I think it is possible to be a bit of both and hit that gray area in the middle.  However, most link builders have a tactic that they are more accustom to using.

If you are use to purchasing links, it may be difficult for you to create a campaign without that piece included.  On the other hand, if you never purchase links adding that tactic may be a hard transition.</description>
